President’s Day sales are no longer just about mattresses anymore! (Though sure, you’ll still find deals on those too.) I spent the day digging through 5 of the biggest retailers with the best deals, just to help you all head right to the good stuff with the best discounts. And wow — there’s a whole lot that’s raising my eyebrows right now.

Whether you’re looking for President’s Day sale deals on kitchen, bath & home decor, clothes and accessories for the family, some tech upgrades, a shiny new appliance, or a new beauty indulgence (or a restock of a favorite at a discount), I’ve got you covered.

Just be sure you hurry! Plenty of the sales have already started, and by Monday, they’ll be gone.

A few tricks for finding the best savings on President’s Day sales

• Sales categories make life easier. If the site gives you the option to select “President’s Day Sales only,” amazing!  Wayfair absolutely does the best job at this. Otherwise, click on the sales or deals category.
• Sort by “biggest discount” instead of just “price low-high.” That way you’re looking at great deals, and not wading through those weird little add-on items that are $.89/each.
• Look beyond the flashy banner on the top of the site. They may be pushing a promo for “20% off jeans” even when there are far bigger discounts in other categories.
• If you see something you love, grab it. Things are selling out! Even from the time I started writing this until the time I hit publish.
• Buy the items you need anyway, or have had your eye on for a long time — only now, they’re easier on your budget. That way you’re actually saving money. Which is the point of a sale, right?
